Service 03
Construction administration
Construction administration means visiting the site to check that the project is being built the way it was drawn.
No matter how good the drawings are, they get interpreted on site. We visit at key stages, compare the work in place with the drawings and record any differences in writing.

Scheduled site visits
Visits follow the construction schedule and land on key milestones such as framing, rough-in, finishes and before turnover.
- 02
Review of work in place
Dimensions, materials and details are compared with the drawings, and anything that does not match is flagged that day.
- 03
Written field reports
After each visit you get a short report with photos. Items that need a decision are called out separately.
- 04
Bid and pay application support
If you like, we help you compare contractor bids and review the contractor's pay applications.

Common questions
Do you check the job site every day?
No. How often we visit depends on the size and stage of the work and is written into the agreement. Day-to-day supervision is the contractor's responsibility.
What happens if we have a dispute with the contractor?
We document the issue through drawings and reports. For legal matters, we recommend working with your attorney; we document the technical side.
Can you do site visits if another firm designed the project?
Yes. After reviewing the drawings, we define the scope in writing.
